Process
The grape skins are steeped in stainless steel vats at a controlled low temperature which produces better aromas. The alcoholic fermentation takes 10 days. The wine develops in vats by being left on its fine lees before it is filtered.

- Pale gold, with light green hints
- Flowery nose (lilac, carnation) gives way to exotic fruits when swirled
- Pleasant to the taste, intense citrus fruit peel and boxwood leaves
