- Cabernet (10%)
- Cinsault (5%)
Process
The grape skins are steeped in stainless steel vats at a controlled low temperature which produces better aromas. The alcoholic fermentation takes 10 days. The wine develops in vats by being left on its fine lees before it is filtered.
