Grape Varieties

A blend of:

  • Grenache (65%)
  • Syrah (15%)
  • Cabernet Sauvignon (10%)
  • Cinsault (10%)

Process

The grape skins are steeped in stainless steel vats at a controlled low temperature which produces better aromas. The alcoholic fermentation takes 10 days. The wine develops in vats by being left on its fine lees before it is filtered.

  • Tinted colour of light salmon
  • Mild floral notes (rose, almond, aniseed) and citrus fruit (grapefruit)
  • Its sweetness and finesse gives this wine a subtle and delicate taste
