Tasting Notes

• Crimson red in colour, with shades of morello cherry
• The nose is delicate and complex with underlying spicy fragrances (a combination of pepper, juniper berries and the local garrigue scrub) on a moreish background of dark fruits accentuated by a touch of truffle
• Dense texture, rich yet light, with flavours of liquorice, blackberries and blackcurrants, with fine, velvety tannins
